Todd Coleman

Todd Coleman is the President and CEO of eStruxture. Todd brings more than 25 years experience in the IT, data center and telecommunications industries. Most recently, Todd was the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Cologix. Todd has also held several senior positions at Level 3 Communications, a global telecommunications company, including Senior Vice President of Data Centers, Senior Vice President of Media Operations and President of Level 3 Communications Europe. Todd holds a juris doctorate and a bachelor's degree in computer information systems.

Marc Belanger

Marc Belanger, CPA, CA

Chief Financial Officer

Marc Belanger is the Chief Financial Officer at eStruxture. Marc is responsible for the overall financial strategy of the company. Marc brings more than 25 years of experience in the telecom, media and technology industries in all areas of financial management, including financial reporting, governance, mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, and strategic operational and financial planning. Most recently, Marc served as Chief Financial Officer of the GTI Group. Marc has also held senior positions at Bluestreak Technology, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, and management positions at Telesystem International Wireless. Marc is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Nicolas Vanasse

Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

Nicolas Vanasse is the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at eStruxture. He has 17 years of business experience, including practising law and managing a legal team, as well as analyzing, structuring, negotiating and closing sophisticated commercial and corporate transactions.

Prior to joining eStruxture, Mr. Vanasse was Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Lumenpulse Inc, a manufacturer of specification-grade LED lighting solutions for commercial environments. He was also Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Enerkem Inc., a waste-to-biofuels and renewable chemicals company; and for Aveos Fleet Performance Inc., an international aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul provider. Mr. Vanasse previously practised law in the Business Law Group of Stikeman Elliott, one of Canada's largest business law firms, where he developed extensive knowledge of sophisticated financing and M&A transactions involving large national and multi-national corporations. His practice at Stikeman Elliott focused on counselling public and private companies, investors and investment banks.

Mr. Vanasse holds a Bachelor's degree in civil law from the University of Ottawa and he also studied political science and industrial relations at Laval University. In 2010, he won the Tomorrow's Leader Award at the Québec General Counsel Awards, and, in 2014, he was finalist for the Small-Midsize Law Department Excellence Award at the Québec General Counsel Awards.

James Beer

James Beer

Senior Vice President, Operations

James is the Senior Vice President of Operations at eStruxture and brings over 20 years of experience in customer service, mission critical 24x7 operations, data centre design/build, managed services and cyber security and compliance. Prior to eStruxture, James was the Vice President of Services at Scalar Decisions where his national team of professional services, managed services and project management experts delivered complex IT infrastructure, security and cloud solutions to a broad base of Canadian customers. James previously held data centre and security leadership roles at Q9 and Bell Canada including the operations of more than 13 customer facing data centres nationally and harmonizing security compliance practices to meet the needs of the most stringent security standards.

Billy Krassakopoulos

Vice President, Montreal Market

Billy Krassakopoulos is the Vice President, Montreal Market at eStruxture. Billy is responsible for overseeing and developing the Montreal business operations. Billy brings more than 15 years experience in the data center and managed hosting industry. Most recently, Billy was the co-founder and Vice President of Business Operations of Netelligent Hosting Services prior to its acquisition by eStruxture.

Strahan McCarten

Senior Vice President, Product & Strategy

Strahan is responsible for eStruxture's sales, marketing, and product strategy, and adds over 20 years of leadership experience in IT services & mission critical data centers to the team at eStruxture.

Prior to joining eStruxture, Strahan was the Senior Vice President of Product & Strategy at Q9, a pan-Canadian data center provider that was recently fully acquired by Bell Canada. Before Q9, Strahan was the Vice President of Marketing & Product Development for Scalar Decisions. Strahan has also held senior leadership positions in the Hosting & Cloud Computing practice of Bell Canada, as well as management consulting & hands on IT services delivery roles.

A respected cloud & IT infrastructure expert, Strahan has written several articles on Cloud Computing and spoken frequently at vendor and analyst conferences, including CICA Audit Conference, ITAC in Ottawa, DCIE in Montreal, L'Expert in Toronto, IDC Conference, ISAAC, and IT Canada. Strahan is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Toronto Public Library, North America's largest Public Library system.

Strahan received his MBA from the Rotman School at the University of Toronto in 2005 and currently resides in Toronto, with his wife Heather and their three children.

Dan Kernohan

Vice President, Sales

Dan is the Vice President of Sales at eStruxture. Dan is responsible for the overall sales strategy of the company. Dan brings over 20 years of experience in the Data Centre/Cloud industry. Prior to joining eStruxture Dan was Regional Sales Manager at Cogent Communications. In this role Dan launched two new data centers in the Canadian market and implemented innovative sales strategies that produced record level data centre sales. Dan has also held senior account management and sales leadership positions at Cologix and Equinix. Some of the key accomplishments that Dan achieved in those roles include, the largest colocation contract in the company's history at Switch and Data (later acquired by Equinix) and while at Cologix Dan developed and implemented strategies that resulted in increased new logo sales. Dan is a well respected member of the data center community in Canada and holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with a minor in Business.
