Annie Corbeil, CPA, CMA, MBA, is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of eStruxture. She has more than 20 years of finance and operations experience, including strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions integration, solutions implementation, process improvements, and business analysis.
Prior to joining eStruxture, Ms. Corbeil was Senior Vice-President, Operations/Finance at AMD Medicom Inc., a global manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies where she was in charge of Finance, Operations, IT and Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs. She was also Vice President, Finance at Philippe Dandurand Wines and Director, Budgeting and Planning at Rexel North America/Westburne, a leading distributor of electrical products.
Ms. Corbeil holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from Université du Québec à Montréal. In 1996, she was First in Canada at the national exam of the Order of Certified Management Accountants. She resides in Montreal with her husband and their three children.
