If the eStruxture services provided to any customer are located at any of the following facilities, eStruxture Data Centers Inc. is acting, as mandatary (agent), on behalf of the affiliate indicated opposite such location and all references in the Master Services Agreement refers to such entity:
- 151 Front Street West, 555W Hastings Street, 20 Pullman Court, 431 Horner Avenue, 145 King Street West or 1080 Beaver Hall Hill – eStruxture Canada Inc.
- 17500 TransCanada Highway – eStruxture Kirkland Inc.
- 612 Welham Road facility – eStruxture Barrie Inc.
