eStruxture conforms with the requirements of sections 9 and 12 of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), to the extent applicable to colocation services (physical premises). eStruxture does not have access to and does not monitor the Customer’s data either passing over the Customer’s network or being stored on their hardware or customer-owned devices.
