David Schwartz

David Schwartz is the Chief Financial Officer of eStruxture. David brings more than 30 years of experience in operations, strategy, capital markets, M&A, corporate finance and scaling high-growth technology businesses.

Prior to joining eStruxture, David served as Chief Financial Officer of Nuvei Corporation, where he led the global finance and legal organizations. David played a key role in Nuvei’s 2020 initial public offering (IPO), which, at the time, was the largest technology IPO in the history of the Toronto Stock Exchange by proceeds raised. David has also held senior roles at The Aldo Group, Optimal Payments, BCE Emergis and PwC.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
